Phillip founded a Civil Engineering & Land Development firm for the purpose of "Adding Value to Land & Community" and successfully sold the firm after 23 years to a national engineering firm. He continues to consult in all aspects of land development design and the entitlement process to serve communities, families, businesses and organizations.

He has served on numerous boards throughout his career including boards in the banking industry, governmental boards, private school foundations, churches, home owner's associations, professional organizations and private clubs. Phillip enjoys many hobbies and activities including boating, hiking, tennis and all things technical.

Mr. Hollis lends an invaluable source of leadership & experience to Mercy Mountain Foundation for our current and future growth.
