Jennifer M. Williams, AIA

Jennifer currently serves as a Professional Services Practice Area Leader & Design Manager and Senior Associate Architect for Gensler, an international design firm in Charlotte. She is responsible for the fiscal performance of projects, team creation/staffing, client relationship & communication and oversight of design & deliverables. Jennifer monitors adherence to schedules & project budgets, consultant management and business development. She has been selected for leadership training programs & successfully implemented those programs.

Jennifer's past community involvement includes serving in the Architecture, Construction & Engineering Mentorship program for high school students and as a coach & mentor for Girls On The Run, an elementary running program and involvement in the US Green Building Council. She is currently serving as an outreach committee member and deacon at her church, volunteers with Nourish Up Food Pantry and with Roof Above in Charlotte. Jennifer has also served on an international ministries board.

Jennifer enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her family. Her unique professional experience and service to her community provides our foundation with incredible ideas to promote the mission of Mercy Mountain Foundation.
