Amy currently works for AdventHealth in the Leadership Institute. AdventHealth is one of the nation’s largest faith-based, nonprofit health systems with over 90,000 employees. The Leadership Institute exists to identify, nurture, and develop leaders for AdventHealth. Amy serves as the Program Manager for the Emerging Leaders Programs. Her personal leadership philosophy centers around influencing and inspiring people toward common goals and vision. She believes that true leaders strive to develop more leaders who in turn further spread their leadership influence.

As Program Manager, Amy oversees curriculum, competencies, programming, and management of Leadership Residents. The Leadership Residency is a 3-year management training program

designed to prepare young, high-potential leaders for future executive leadership roles in AdventHealth. Amy directly manages 17 of these residents and is responsible for their growth and

development, feedback, rotation planning, and stakeholder communication. Previously, Amy served as Program Coordinator and then Associate Program Manager in the Leadership Institute. Amy went on to be an Executive Assistant at AdventHealth supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. While in this position, Amy organized numerous events including scholarship awards and employee appreciation. Amy was also a key member of the Heart Walk committee and helped planned fundraisers and campus wide initiatives.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, completing house projects, and going to the beach! With Amy's unique leadership & management skills and knowledge in fundraising, she is an invaluable member of our board.
